Upcoming shows from the east and west coasts

The A Cappella Blog will return to regular posting in January. The 2010 season will include a number of new features that are currently in the works. In the meantime, we share these bits of news:

-Pomona College will play host to the 14th annual Southern California A Cappella Music Festival (SCAMFest) tomorrow night at 7:30 p.m. The event will feature the Claremont Colleges’ Shades, Women’s Blue and White, Men’s Blue and White, MoodSwing, Midnight Echo, After School Specials and Kosher Chords. Also on the bill are The University of Southern California SoCal Vocals and Reverse Osmosis, as well as the UCLA ScatterTones.

-Treble, an all-female post-collegiate group based out of New York City, will be having its fall show next Wednesday, November 11, at The Parkside Lounge at 317 E. Houston. Treble includes alumnae from collegiate groups include University of Oregon Divisi and The Syracuse University Mandarins.
