The third annual A Cappella Fest

One week from tonight, on Saturday, January 31, the third annual A Cappella Fest will occur. The event will feature a cappella groups out of Brandeis, Boston College, Boston University, Gann Academy, Harvard, Noble and Greenough School, Temple Emanuel, Tufts and Yale. The event will also feature performances from a South Indian group, the Blue Hill Club of the Boys and Girls Club of Boston, the Joyful Voices of Inspiration Gospel group and others.

All proceeds from A Cappella Fest will benefit at-risk youth from inner-city Boston, and victims of terror in Mumbai and Israel.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, January 31, at 8:00 p.m. (doors open at 7:00 p.m.). It will occur at Congregation Kehillath Israel, 384 Harvard Street, Brookline, MA. Tickets are available for $20, through this site or via phone at 617-277-9155. Last year's event was filled to capacity, so those interested in attending are encouraged to buy early.
