-Attention a cappella fans in Western New York--The Rochester Fringe Festival started today and will feature performances by a number of area a cappella groups, including University of Rochester After Hours, The University of Rochester Yellow Jackets, The Roc City Singers, Rochester Institute of Techonology (RIT) Surround Sound, RIT Encore A Cappella, RIT Proof of Purchase, RIT Vocal Accent, and RIT Eight Beat Measure.
